In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 By accessing the jilima Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and jilima with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.

2.3 jilima reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3.1 To register and use the jilima Platform, you must satisfy ALL of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted, or otherwise authorized to access such services.
• You must not be registered or employed by any entity that jilima has identified as a prohibited counterparty under its compliance policies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program — whether initiated by you through jilima or administered by PAGCOR — that would restrict your access to gambling services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3.2 jilima employs KYC verification procedures to confirm each Player's age and identity. Submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to an SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or Philippine passport — is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed.

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the jilima Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jilima will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username, password, or any other security credential. You must notify jilima immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

4.4 Account sharing — permitting any third party to access, use, or place wagers through your Account — is strictly prohibited. All activity originating from your Account credentials is deemed to be your activity and your sole responsibility.

4.5 jilima reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation, in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

5.1 jilima accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which may include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as updated from time to time. Payment method availability may vary based on your location within the Philippines and your account verification status.

5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. jilima reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice.

5.3 All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified with an accepted Philippine government-issued identification document.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after deduction of any pending bonus wagering requirements.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same as, or otherwise verifiably linked to, the payment method used for deposit, where operationally required by jilima's AML policy.
• No outstanding disputes, fraud investigations, or account reviews may be pending at the time of the withdrawal request.

5.4 jilima targets the following processing timelines for withdrawals, which are estimates and not contractual guarantees: GCash and PayMaya — 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts; Philippine bank transfer — 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours. High-value withdrawals above ₱100,000 may be subject to additional security review.

5.5 Player funds are held in accounts segregated from jilima's operational funds in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. jilima does not use player funds for operational purposes.

6.1 Each game, live dealer table, and sports betting market on the jilima Platform is governed by specific game rules available within the game interface. These specific rules supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific game rules apply to that game; these Terms & Conditions apply to all other matters.

6.2 All wagers are final once confirmed. jilima will not void or reverse a wager due to a Player's change of mind, error in selection, or claimed misunderstanding of the game rules, except where a technical malfunction is confirmed and attributable to the Platform.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, hardware failure, software error, or communications disruption affecting the outcome of a game or wager, jilima reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the associated stake to Players' accounts. Decisions made by jilima under these circumstances are final.

6.4 The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures for each game represent theoretical long-term averages based on independent certification. Individual session results may vary materially from these averages. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results.

6.5 All sports betting markets are subject to jilima's applicable sports rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, in-play betting restrictions, and maximum payout limits per event. These are available in the sports betting section of the Platform.

7.1 jilima may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to Players. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at the stated wagering requirement multiplier before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are not cashable — only winnings derived from bonus wagering that exceed the wagering requirement threshold are withdrawable as real money.
• jilima reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if jilima determines the bonus was obtained by exploiting a technical error, in bad faith, or in combination with prohibited strategies.

7.3 jilima reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued, jilima will honour wagering requirements already in progress at the time of discontinuation.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilima Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with jilima.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or unintended game behaviors to obtain an unfair advantage or generate winnings that would not otherwise be available.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of coordinated dishonest play.
• Laundering funds through the jilima Platform or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other circumvention tools to mask your actual location.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a legitimate deposit after funds have been wagered.

9.1 jilima is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino players. jilima recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every Player's account dashboard.

9.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jilima account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately on reduction; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold for a defined period. Once reached, further wagers are blocked for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive browser notifications after a defined session length to prompt review of your play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months). The cooling-off period cannot be reversed early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jilima Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. jilima will not send any marketing or re-engagement communications to a self-excluded player.

9.3 jilima will not engage in targeted marketing or re-engagement communications directed at Players who have activated any responsible gaming restriction, including those in a cooling-off or self-exclusion period.

10.1 All content on the jilima Platform — including but not limited to the jilima brand name, logos, game graphics, software, text, user interface elements, and proprietary odds data — is the intellectual property of jilima or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any Platform content.

10.3 You must not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the jilima Platform by automated means without express written authorization from jilima.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilima's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 jilima shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if jilima has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 jilima does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. jilima will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by jilima's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.1 jilima may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where the circumstances warrant immediate action, suspend or permanently close a Player's Account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity involving the Account.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Instruction by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Non-activity: Accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

12.2 A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jilima support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of applicable withdrawal processing requirements, including KYC verification.

13.1 In the event of any dispute arising between you and jilima in connection with your use of the Platform, your Account, or any wager, you should first contact jilima's customer support team via the live chat function available on the Platform. jilima will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within 5 business days.

13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilima's internal process within 14 calendar days of your initial complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint mechanism. jilima is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated inquiry.

13.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.1 jilima collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to jilima's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.2 jilima will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform services.

14.3 Please refer to jilima's Privacy Policy at jilima.club/privacy-policy for a full description of your data rights, how jilima uses your data, and how to exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

15.1 jilima reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, including in response to changes in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, or Platform operations. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

15.2 Where amendments are material — as reasonably determined by jilima — jilima will notify existing account holders via their registered email address at least 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 13.

16.3 jilima operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. All licensing conditions, regulatory directives, and orders issued by PAGCOR take precedence over these Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
